Chwafra is a private logistics and shipping operations platform. This page summarizes how data is handled at a high level.

Data we process

Operational records such as drivers, vehicles, expenses, and reports for your organization
Optional field capture channels (for example WhatsApp expense notes) when enabled
Administrator accounts (email, display name) used to access the dashboard

Data is used to run shipping and fleet operations: review costs, manage reference data, and produce reports for your team.

Dashboard access is limited to authenticated admin and manager accounts. Field staff do not need a web login to be represented in the system.
